Wes was out flying his plane yesterday when he didn't quite clear a tree and got it caught up in the very top ...the wind blow it down in the middle of the tree. We couldn't climb the tree and so tried a weight on a fishing line to snag it..no luck... Today we went back to the tree but took 4 - 10ft PVC pipes with us and linked them together...this time we were able to hit it free...Now where are all those rock climbers when you needed one?

...and after all that time he spent fixing it last week. Such a bummer! Oh well. Sounds like you had an adventure getting it out of the tree :)
Dad should come up to the desert. There are no trees here. Well maybe a yucca tree here and there.
